Yes! You can do everything you need to do in the restroom with your cup inserted. If you find yourself bearing down to urinate or have a bowel movement, your cup may descend a little bit, but this is just fine! If this happens, use a clean finger to push your cup back up and you'll be good to go.😊  As a reminder, menstrual cups do not catch urine as they are worn within the vaginal canal and only collect menstrual fluid and discharge.
