We’re sorry to hear that you can't find your order or that your order was never delivered. Once your package goes from our hands to the carrier, the only information we have on its whereabouts is through the same tracking link that you have.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, we suggest first reaching out to the carrier to see if they can help locate the package. If the carrier is unable to locate it and you selected our Delivery Guarantee (available after 4/16/2025 for US customers only), please click here to file a claim and get your order reshipped.
