Help! My steamer won't turn on!Updated 5 months ago

The Saalt Steamer might not turn on if your outlet has a trip/reset button that needs to be reset/pushed. We'd recommend starting there.

The Saalt Steamer requires an hour minimum between sanitizing steams. If you have already used your sanitizer, please wait an hour before attempting to use it again. The heating plate must fully cool down before your steamer can be used again. If you are experiencing additional issues with your steamer,  please reach out to our coaches via this contact us form.
