The Saalt Disc is not a contraceptive, so it will not prevent pregnancy or protect against sexually transmitted infections. We recommend sticking to your preferred methods of contraception. As a reminder, menstrual discs do not catch urine as they are worn within the vaginal fornix and only collect menstrual fluid and discharge.
