90-Day Saalt Bliss Guarantee: Love it or we’ll make it right.
We believe in products that last and a customer experience that leaves you feeling truly taken care of. That’s why we keep returns simple:

Love your Saalt products, or you have 90 days to return or exchange them—whether for a refund (on unused items) or store credit (on opened items).

Here’s how it works:


Unopened Items
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging for a full refund. Simply send them back, and we’ll refund the cost of the returned product* to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.Opened Items
Need a different size or absorbency? If your item has been opened but didn’t work out, we’ll issue you store credit for the cost of the product* which you can use toward a product you’ll love.

First Time Trying Saalt Underwear?
If you’re trying period underwear for the first time, we recommend starting with one pair before opening the rest. Unopened pairs are eligible for a refund, while the first pair you try can be exchanged for store credit if needed.

Return Shipping Made Simple
If you selected Checkout+ at checkout (our optional package protection), we’ll cover your return shipping. If not, you’ll need to cover the cost to ship it back plus any taxes.

*Saalt is not able to refund original shipping or import fees/taxes.

**Opened Bras may be returned for a refund if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
