The Saalt Steamer does not need to be cleaned or sanitized as it self-sanitizes during use. Just turn the lid upside down after use to let any remaining water inside the lid evaporate. Once the base has cooled, you can empty out any remaining water, put the lid back on, and it's ready to go for its next use. Steam any reusable menstrual cup or disc.
