The size small menstrual disc can hold up to 30ml and the size regular can hold up to 50ml. In other words, your Saalt Disc can hold up to 4-6 tampons worth of flow.

The full dimensions of the Saalt Discs are: 

Saalt Disc Small: Capacity (3-4 tampons), Volume (30 ml), Height (30mm), Rim Diameter (56mm)

Saalt Disc Regular: Capacity (5-6 tampons), Volume (50 ml), Height (35mm), Rim Diameter  (66mm)
