Generally, we recommend choosing your Saalt Wear leakproof underwear size based on your hip measurements. To measure your hips, wrap a measuring tape gently around the widest part of your hips. This is generally where your hip bones sit, but everyone is beautifully unique! Here’s an image to help visualize how to measure your hips.
