Your feedback helps us grow, improve, and better serve our customers. We welcome reviews that are honest, thoughtful, and helpful to others who are curious about switching to reusable period care.
We’re proud to share the full range of customer stories, from glowing reviews, helpful critiques, and everything in between. We aim to publish all reviews that follow these simple guidelines:
- Based on a real product experience with Saalt
- Tied to a purchase from an authorized retailer
- Free from offensive or threatening language
- Relevant to the product being reviewed
To keep our reviews honest and helpful, we may choose not to publish reviews that:
- Include false or misleading claims about product function, safety, refunds, replacements, or delivery issues
- Are not able to be tied to a purchase from an authorized Saalt retailer
- Contain hate speech, profanity, or perceived personal attacks
- Are perceived spam or promotions
- Reference unrelated topics (for example, shipping policies or customer service issues. These are best sent to our Saalt Coaches!)
We moderate all reviews using the same standards, regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative. Transparency matters, so we never alter the content of a review; what you write is what others will see. If a review was written as part of a giveaway, product trial, or incentive, we’ll add a note to let others know.
