Self-Emptying with a Saalt Disc (auto-dumping)Updated a year ago

Does your disc leak, self-empty, or auto-dump when you use the restroom?

When
using the restroom, you might find that the disc releases some of the blood into the toilet. The combination of sitting on the toilet while relaxing your pelvic floor muscles can displace the disc for a moment, enough that some of the contents are released. Many people see this as a benefit because it allows you to free up your disc's capacity without actually having to remove your disc. As long as your disc only self-empties while you are using the restroom, this is perfectly fine!

If your disc leaks when you are not using the restroom, it could be a sign that your disc is positioned incorrectly or that it isn't a good fit. Check out this video to learn more!
