Thank you for trying to find the best way to dispose of your Saalt Cup. We have a couple of options we'd recommend.
First, if you'd like to recycle it you can google search "your town" + "silicone recycling." You might be surprised by what comes up in your search as far as options in your area. We also wrote a blog on how to effectively recycle all the parts of our Saalt packaging including your cup.
Alternatively, you can simply burn your cup, as medical-grade silicone burns to ash. Make sure you burn it outside, in a safe location. We typically recommend throwing the cooled ashes in the trash bin.
