How do I return my product?Updated a month ago

If you're using a cup or disc, please reach out to our team via this contact us form. Our Saalt coaches are eager to assist you. This also applies to cups and discs bought from our authorized third-party retailers. 

Please note that while all our inquiries are answered by real (nice) people, sometimes our responses go to the spam/junk/promotions folder. If you do not see a response in your inbox within about 1 business day, check spam.

In most cases, Saalt Cups, Discs, and Saalt Wear are ineligible for returns, as they are FDA-registered and compliant as medical devices. For additional clarity, please see our Saalt Bliss Guarantee
