What size Saalt Cup should I order?Updated 8 days ago

There are several factors that play a role in choosing period cup. Check out our Cup and Disc Fit Guide to find which size and firmness may be your best fit. The best indicator of which cup to purchase is cervix height, specifically while on your period. Don’t know your cervix height? Check out this video to learn how to measure and learn how to tell if your cervix is high, medium, or low.

For a medium to low cervix, we recommend the Saalt Small Cup. For a medium to high cervix, we recommend the Saalt Regular CupFor teens or those with a very low cervix, we recommend the Saalt Teen Cup.

If you're new to all this and wondering whether you need different cup sizes for different flow rates, the answer is not necessarily. Cup size is based mainly on your anatomy and comfort, not your flow. The Regular cup holds more than the Small, so some people prefer using it on heavier days for longer wear time and switching to the Small on lighter days for added comfort. Both can work well as long as they fit your body properly.
